What's up with that Lik-Sang Wii preorder story? I've noticed on a few gaming news sites but the preorders for the Wii and PS2 from Lik-Sang have been open for over a year...that's how long I've had my preorder down for.

Although recently they updated the PS3 status to "not available" so I'm not sure what they're doing now for PS3 preorders.

Still, it can't have hurt to have my name most likely at the front of the queue for both consoles :)

no preorder sites have been open yet. sites have been only accepting emails for ppl wanting to get the latest info on these 2 next-gen systems as well as when the preorder will be up(i signed up a long time ago too). Lik-Sang had that up too but now they put up a preorder of a preorder like joystiq said. It's sorta dumb to have that up now since they don't even know how many units they're getting. So even though someone may have their name in queue, they still may not be guranteed a system, which is why most retailers have held off on preorders as no concrete info about the shipping of the system is revealed (in 2 days though) and they want to see if they're gonna get enough to satisfy customer demand which the 360 failed (ie. ppl not getting their systems on launch even though they already paid in full in advance). 'sides, i don't order systems online cuz something might always happen in the mail. I prefer to get my system box at the store, in hand and walk out the door smiling and showing it off in public while walking to my car ^_^ (and hopefully not getting mugged :P ^^).

The AMG PS2 game looks bit lame. Even the graphic wasnt as good as ARIA the Natural PS2, but then ARIA PS2 isnt 3D.

Official website for the game

One question I have always forget to ask. R8, r you fluent in JP, otherwise how do you manage the JP in most JP version game?

hmm...i wonder what the deleted comment was?

@ FH: yeah, it does look crappy graphically, about 1st gen PS2 graphics. It'll probably play like crap too (like most of their anime-based games), but i just can't resist the fact of having Urd in a game (though she may not be playble). I hope they'll include Peorth in some form :D.
As for me playing JPN games, i'm not really fluent in JP. I took 3 years worth of it in Uni, kanji is pretty easy since i'm pretty good at reading CHN. So i get by on sone stuff. However, i don't practice that much and have forgotten a lot of stuff i learnt. I'll probably practice again as i'm hoping to go to JPN next year.

actually the deleted message is the same past 1 of the later comment... I thought it should disappear instead of leaving a trails.. ha ha.

if Urd is not playable that might also mean skuld is not playable?? I wish they put in more effort rather than just release it due to the fame of AMG.

last time, I also had hard time trying to play DB GT Final Bout in JP, but pretty much get it after few try & error and few kanji knowledge. :)

heh, i don't think they're playable, they seem to serve as support characters from the screencaps (i haven't visited the site). Fighting games are the easisest of JPN games. Menus are almost always Arcade or some sort of story mode, Vs., Training, Survival, Time Attack, Options and maybe special. JPN fighting game are also mostly in English. The only thing that might pose a problem is the story (if there is one). DB GT FB should be similar. Though the Budokai/Sparking series are a bit harder since they got this RPG mode and requires certain actions in order to pass the next level.
